Submission to the ArtPolitic release #4, I Addict.

The concept behind this piece was to explore western culture's addiction to modern conveniences and wound up as a media-jammed ad of sorts. I took a photograph of a McDonald's billboard and manipulated it from there. Created in Photoshop 7.

Now... would you like fries with that? ;) (Wink)

Kick ass...I love this kind of art the best...Makes people think alot more and thats what we need in these times of war and a strong policing state....scary to think that soon even this might be illegal if bush has his way.

really nice peice of work. though i have to wonder what ~enron was talkin about...not quite sure how bush has anything to do with the west's addiction to conveinience. I really like the concept a lot, as well as the message behind it. stark reds and yellows make for a mcdonalds militant kind of feel. awesome!! You talk too much! ill shut up now... ;) (Wink)

McDonalds food alone is addictive and full of god knows what....you know its the secrets of McDonalds that scare me the most!

Anyhow....
I love the red coloring and the alteration of the background on the right hand side...it looks almost like light grunge work!
